Sweat with Compass: Full Body Workout 1
Introducing “Sweat with Compass,” a workout series specially curated to remind everyone to stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With the circuit breaker ending and things starting to ease up just a little bit, most of the workforce is still encouraged to work from home. And that means we have been working from home for more than 2 months! Let’s use this time and opportunity to get fit and stay healthy.
A series of workout videos have been lined up, targeting different areas of our body. For our first series, we will be starting off with a Full Body Workout.
In this video, our in-house Senior Nutritionist – Natalie, will also be addressing pre-workout food. Pre-workout food has been shown to improve performance and it can fuel your endurance. The meal or snack should be – High in Carbohydrates, Adequate in fluid, Low in fat & fiber. Some examples are Banana, Banana Smoothie, Fruit (eg. Apple) with Peanut Butter, Granola, and Yogurt.
Do eat your snack/meal at least 30 minutes before your workout!
