Guest Relations Officer

  • Manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain records of invoices.
  • Contribute to Monthly management staff meetings.
  • Guarantee safety and security of customers and employees by following
    established guidelines and procedures regarding loss prevention and risk
    management.

  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment.
  • Must process high personal integrity, professionalism and maturity.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and process problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred but not required.
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational and people management / training skills and be extremely customer service oriented.

Banquet Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve and attend to customers promptly and politely
  • Assist with food and table prep before the banquet begins
  • Clean up venue after the banquet event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks
  • Assist the F&B day to day operations if there is no banquet
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Hotel environment
  • Customer-service oriented personality
  • Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics
  • Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service
  • Able to communicate skills and team player
  • Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
  • Knowledge of catering practices preferred
