Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be resourceful in generating leads
  • Prepare reports and market trends and analysis by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Prepare documentations such as tender documents, sales and client presentations and any other required administrative work that will be required.
  • Cold calling and Lead Generation utilising the Compass Group sales process to maximise strike rates and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with new and existing clients
  • Strong rapport with the Operations/Commercial team to ensure clients requirements are delivered
  • Utilisation of CRM system to update all business activities and opportunities.
  • Responsible for updating sales pipeline and prospective opportunities
Job Requirements:
  • Degree preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Good understanding of market trend in the local F&B, Service or hospitality industry will be advantageous
  • Possess high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Meticulous and well-organised with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage project timelines effectively
  • Proactive, self-driven and is a strong team player
  • Proficient in MS office
