Job Description:

• Assist in daily F&B operations such as taking orders, serving, managing cashiering duties

• Perform any duties assigned by the manager

• Ensure cleanliness of premise, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Provide prompt and good customer service, informing customers of current store promotions

• Able to multi-task and are familiar with these areas:

  ○ Espresso Bar Station
  ○ POS Station
  ○ Sandwich Station
  ○ Cold Beverage Station
  ○ Café Station (Bussing)

  ○ Back of House (Prep Work)

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures

• Follow all Emergency Response plans on-site

• Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks

• Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

The Candidate:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in a relevant position 

• At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar fields

• Computer literate 

• Passionate about coffee
