Job Responsibilities:
- Key business partner to the Operations team & other business teams and to provide support on all financial analysis supporting business decisions
- Oversee the process, modeling, data validation and analysis to achieve accurate and driver based Budget and Forecasts supported by the right narrative
- Responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of monthly reporting requirements
- Providing key financial support to key Operational stakeholders to ensure that Budgets and Forecasts are met
- Oversight on governance and compliance around invoicing and contracts. This includes internal audits and client audits
- Support Finance Director in ensuring Key Financial Controls are in place
- Supporting efficiency and productivity initiatives in the operations by establishing effective controls and processes
- Support Ops team on Client Reporting requirements
- Support Finance Director in strategic projects
- Any other tasks that may arise from time to time
Job requirements:
- Min. Chartered Accountant / CPA with at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, with some experience in managing a team. Experience with experience in Big 4 and B2B/retail will be an advantage
- Sharp business acumen, ability to apply a fresh view to enhance process efficiencies for continual improvements
- Team player with high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with capability to proactively map out next steps and break through potential stalemate situations.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS-Excel, business modelling
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI will be an added advantage
