Job Responsibilities:

• Key business partner to operation and support teams
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business improvement and efficiency, tracked via the Harvesting Tools
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Oversight on governance and compliance around invoicing and contracts.
• Support Finance Director in strategic projects
• Any other tasks that may arise from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering role, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Sharp business acumen, ability to apply a fresh view to enhance process efficiencies for continual improvements
• Team player with high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong business acumen
• Proficient in MS-Excel, and Power BI will be an added advantage
