Job Description:
Handling phone calls, emails and walk in requests and queries
Assist clients and guests with their bookings
Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, and determine the nature and purpose of visit
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring bookings; and issuing visitor passes
Direct and escort visitors and guests to appropriate destination
E-File correspondence
Resolve complaints from customers and maintaining a positive attitude to negative criticism
Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying to procedures, rules, and regulations
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on-site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
The Candidate:
1-2 years of related experience
Hospitality / Customer Service experience would be an advantage
Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
