Guest Relations Executive

Job Description:

  • Handling phone calls, emails and walk in requests and queries

  • Assist clients and guests with their bookings

  • Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, and determine the nature and purpose of visit

  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring bookings; and issuing visitor passes

  • Direct and escort visitors and guests to appropriate destination

  • E-File correspondence

  • Resolve complaints from customers and maintaining a positive attitude to negative criticism

  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying to procedures, rules, and regulations

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures

  • Follow all Emergency Response plans on-site

  • Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks

  • Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

The Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of related experience

  • Hospitality / Customer Service experience would be an advantage

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills

  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment

  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality

  • Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
