Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization’s overall procurement strategy and procurement functions in Singapore
- Creation and improvement of best practices based on process – leadership of high value and strategic sourcing efforts
- Identify, gather and analyze information of potential vendors, and recommends appropriate vendors to the organization
- Manage and review procurement documents of all supplies, equipment and services for the organization and ensure compliance with the Procurement Policies
- Develop key performance indicators to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness
- Establish bid standards to solicit bids and contracts
- Obtain cost estimates for materials, supplies and services
- Maintain records of approved suppliers and periodically evaluate vendor performance
- Monitor spending, contractor performance and expiration of agreements
- Support internal and external audits and requests for information
- Coach and guide the team to support requests from the Business Units
- Establish a center of excellence
Health and Safety Responsibilities

- Report all incidents and hazards immediately
- Complete all required HSE training
- Adhere to site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standards

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in business management or procurement related disciplines or a related area.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the similar role
- Experience in F&B procurement / purchasing is a plus
- Proficient in SAP Material Management Modules
- With Strategic mindset and problem solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
- Team player, with ability to work well with all levels and engaging with stakeholders
