Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the food service operations of cafeteriaÂ
- Lead & supervise a team of F&B staffsÂ
- Administer staff record, submit report to immediate supervisorÂ
- Manage, build and maintain cordial relationship with customers and clientsÂ
- Accountable for food cost management, menu planning as well as the development and creation of new products needsÂ
- Responsible for the running and the supervision of food preparation to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered to clientsÂ
- Ensure that operations team adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our HSE requirement.Â
- Implement Kitchen Planner & Inventory system for own outlet and perform central ordering system.Â
- Schedule of roster and perform paperwork dutiesÂ
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Follow Compass health, safety and security proceduresÂ
- Maintain safe personal presentation standardsÂ
- Consult on health and safety mattersÂ
- Report all incidents and hazards immediatelyÂ
- Complete all required HSE trainingÂ
- Adhere to the site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standardsÂ

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Â
- A least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Â
- Preferably specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Â
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees.Â
- Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill.Â
- Previous setting up of outlet experience an advantage.Â
